Tiger King's very own just won control of her arch nemesis zoo from her other arch nemesis Jeff Lowe, and dude is not thrilled. Lowe spoke to Lauren Zima about having to hand over the zoo's keys to Carole, and said he'd be leaving the property in a state of "complete hell."
