James Argent has said he's "got a lot to be proud of" as he celebrates his 34th birthday.The former TOWIE star has had a health overhaul this year after he underwent gastric sleeve surgery back in April this year and changed his diet and exercise routines, resulting in a whopping 11st weight loss.
Posting to Instagram, the star praised himself on his birthday for his transformation and his house and music group The Arg Band as he posted a photo of himself sitting outside his house in Redbridge.
