Jackson Mahomes is under arrest.
The 22-year-old social media star and younger brother of Kansas City Chiefs superstar Patrick Mahomes was arrested for aggravated sexual battery on Wednesday (May 3) regarding an alleged incident at a restaurant in Kansas back in February, via TMZ.
Jackson was booked around 7:45 a.m., and his bond was set at $100,000, according to the report. He’s been charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery, and one count of misdemeanor battery.

Jackson is accused of sexually and physically assaulting the owner of the Aspens Restaurant and Lounge. The 40-year-old woman claims Jackson was seemingly intoxicated and tried to forcibly kiss her multiple times, as well as allegedly shoving a male member of the wait staff. It was also apparently caught on surveillance footage, and under police investigation.
“Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter,” his attorney Brandan Davies said in a statement.
A conviction for aggravated sexual battery in Kansas can lead to an up to 55-month sentence, if he is convicted.
He previously faced backlash after dumping water on Baltimore Ravens fans at a game in 2021. He was also recorded grabbing a woman’s face in Las Vegas in 2022.
