LOS ANGELES -- The Michael Jackson estate is donating $300,000 to help entertainment industry workers on Broadway, the music business and in Las Vegas who have been hurt by the coronavirus pandemic.
The estate announced Wednesday that it will give $100,000 apiece to Broadway Cares, the food bank Three Square in Nevada and MusiCares, because all three areas have been good to the estate and to Jackson.

Lisa Vanderpump is just one of many restaurateurs whose businesses have been hit hard amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Her Los Angeles restaurants SUR, Tom Tom, PUMP, and Villa Blanca, as well as her Las Vegas hotspot, the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, have all been temporarily closed for weeks as social distancing and stay-at-home measures have been put in place across the country to combat the spread of the infection.

The two-hour-long event replaced the annual ACM Awards, which were originally scheduled for Sunday night in Las Vegas, though, due to the coronavirus, have been postponed to September.

The show must go on, but just at a later date! The 2020 Billboard Latin Music Awards have been postponed. On Tuesday, March 17, Telemundo and Billboard officially announced that the award show –which was set to be held on April 23 in Las Vegas – will moved forward at another date. “The health and safety of our guests, artists, participants and staff continue to be our highest priority, and we look forward to rescheduling the awards show and conference in the near future,” the statement read.
