Jacqueline Jossa sent pulses racing online when she uploaded a series of sizzling swimsuit snaps from her range with In The Style. As the 31 year old flashed her toned figure and beamed for the selfie, Jac's self-esteem appeared at an all-time high. But this wasn't always the case for the EastEnders actress as, just two years ago, ahead of a photoshoot with the same clothing brand, the 31 year old said she was "terrified" to get behind the camera.
These days, however, her confidence seems to have done a complete U-turn and, according to a source, the actress is enjoying sharing the journey with her fans, as she learns to truly love her body.
"Jac is feeling really good about herself and she deserves to, as she didn’t for a long time," the source said. "She’s feeling very body confident and is proud of her hard work. She wants to show it off." The BBC soap star recently opened up about her new gym routine and healthy diet during a question and answer session with fans on Instagram.
Asked if she's been on a specific fitness journey, she said: "I really have, I will have a talk at some point but nothing drastic or too huge, just been moving so much more, trying to train 3 times a week, sometimes more and sometimes less and eat well. "Honestly. My mind set has just changed in the last 8 or so months and just got so into it," she added.
"I've been so much happier for it. I still have a way to go actually but I feel much better mentally."
