ITV Tipping Point contestant has shared the rules around outfits on the Ben Shephard quiz favourite. ITV Good Morning Britain star Ben hosts the show each and every weekday from 4pm. The GMB star hosts the programme every weekday - and among the contestants to have starred on the show are Di.
Now, Di has published a blog on her experience filming the show. Di explained the challenges of fiming the daytime TV teatime quiz favourite, sharing how there are guidelines to follow over the outfits people wear. She revealed all in a lengthy look back at her filming for her episode, which aired some five years ago.

We had to take five tops and two bottoms - no white, no pastels, no black, no small patterns. "I popped into GAP and bought three different colours of the same top - and wasn’t allowed to wear any of them.
" She added: "We were told to come to the studio with normal make up on, and they add a bit more so it looks good under the studio lights. "Feeling nervous? They even have little absorbent underarm pads to prevent sweat patches. " ITV Tipping Point continues to air each weekday.
