The Chase fans instantly recognised a contestant on the show as they were convinced he was a dead ringer for an EastEnders legend. Laurence, Tracey, Hayley and Anthony were up against Anne Hegerty, aka The Governess, for a chance of winning a big slice of cash on the ITV show on Thursday night (July 14).
Anthony, a trainee accountant, was up to play last, and comfortably made it through to the final round. But throughout the show viewers couldn't help but commenting on his celebrity lookalike.
They said he was a doppleganger for Joe Swash, who is set to marry Stacey Solomon later this month and played Mickey Miller on the hit BBC soap. But viewers couldn't agree on whether he looked more like the soap star or The Masked Singer host Joel Dommett.
