At the start of another eventful week in the Love Island villa, our favourite Islanders were dealt a crushing blow when two stars were dumped just moments after welcoming Tyler Cruickshank into the villa. Sadly after gathering around the fire pit, Demi Jones and Luis Morrison were brutally dumped after welcoming a very familiar bombshell into the fold.
Things first kicked off when Maya Jama summoned everyone to the fire pit with an all important text message, and asked newbie Arabella Chi to choose which boy she wanted to steal from her fellow ladies.
Maya told her: "Arabella, you now have a very important decision to make. You can now steal anyone of the boys in front of you…but, before you steal, let’s add one more bombshell into the mix.” The Islanders were then left gobsmacked when Tyler Cruickshank, Kaz Kamwi’s ex-boyfriend was then introduced as a bombshell.
Following Tyler’s arrival, Arabella revealed she was stealing Chris Taylor from Demi, before Tyler swooped in and stole Kaz from love rival Luis Morrison! Immediately after the re-coupling took place, Maya then dealt the heartbreaking news that Demi and Luis were now officially dumped from the show and needed to leave the villa immediately - something which even left the host feeling more than a little emotional. Whisked off for a short exit chat, both Demi and Luis then opened up about their brief time on the show, including how they both admitted a it was a shock to leave so soon.
In their exit chat, Maya kicked things off as she emotionally told the pair:”It’s so great to see you…but not really. How are you?” while tugging them both in for a hug.
“I don’t feel like it’s real,” explained Demi. “But I mean, it’s the first week with Lu, but it’s still a shock!”
