Many areas in and around Manchester are seeing some kind of regeneration, with new housing developments as well as different kinds of bars and shops appearing in certain areas of the city.
This has ranged from city centre districts like New Islington and the 'Instagrammable' Ancoats getting a shiny new look, to areas further afield such as Prestwich shooting up in desirability.
And with Collyhurst the latest spot to see cranes looming over as developments across Manchester continue, we want to hear your thoughts on whether or not the Capital of the North is becoming too 'gentrified'.

Many readers responded to the development of Collyhurst and the concerns from locals about being price out of the area, with one person saying: "Manchester council....should be ashamed of the social cleansing of inner city Manchester in its desire to make it seen as a 'metropolitan conurbation'."
There were also complaints about the rising costs of living in certain areas, with another reader responding: "Now it's cheaper to live in Monaco than some parts of Manchester."
However, others felt more positively about the developments, with one reader saying: "Great to see the redevelopment of Collyhust and the investment."
