Iron Maiden are coming to Manchester next year as part of a new UK and Ireland tour that promises to showcase some previously unperformed songs by one of the world's biggest heavy metal bands.

Iron Maiden is back on tour for their ongoing Legacy of the Beast World Tour!
The English heavy metal band, led by vocalist Bruce Dickinson, will be on the road for all of September and October while traveling around North America.
The tour now includes music from the band’s new album Senjutsu, including songs like the title track and “The Writing on the Wall.” The band is also performing fan favorites like “The Trooper”, “Run to the Hills”, “Fear of the Dark” and “The Number of the Beast.”
Live Nation notes that The Legacy Of The Beast Tour production and set list is inspired by Maiden’s award-winning free to play mobile game of the same name.
The 24-date tour will wrap in Florida on October 27.

Lorraine Kelly was joined this morning on her show by Elika Ashoori who spoke about the current protests in Iran after Mahsa Amini’s death - cutting her own hair live on the show, to show solidarity with the current female-led revolution. And viewers were quick to take to Twitter in support of the TV moment, describing it as "powerful".

As it doesn’t make a lot of sense to repeat this for a ‘Senjutsu’ album tour, we thought about other options and we’ve decided to revisit ‘Somewhere In Time’ as that tour didn’t feature in the various retrospective history tours we’ve played over the years.“They were based on our 80’s concert videos and sadly we did not film that tour (blame the manager!!).
