The One show host Alex Jones has given a glimpse inside the second birthday of her son Kit. Mum of two Alex, who is expecting her third baby with insurance broker husband Charlie Thomson, took to Instagram to share a snap of a giant blue balloon, captioned: “Time flies.This is two!” The 44 year old shared a collection of throwback snaps with her 295,000 Instagram followers alongside a peek into the celebrations for the two year old in her kitchen.

Jermaine Jenas has proudly announced his wife Ellie Penfold is expecting their first baby boy after previously welcoming two daughters.The 38 year old, who is also dad to a daughter from a previous relationship, revealed the news on The One Show on Monday evening after being confirmed as a permanent host alongside Alex Jones, who is also expecting her third child.

The sky’s the limit for singer and radio host Ronan Keating, who’s announced he will be presenting The One Show on BBC One.

Ronan Keating and Jermaine Jenas have been announced as the new permanent hosts of The One Show, joining Alex Jones on the couch. BBC One confirmed the news on 29 April and explained the pair would be 43 year old Matt Baker's official replacements on the series after he quit in early 2020 following nine years.
