Inside the huge beauty event coming to the Trafford Centre

A mammoth three day beauty event is heading to The Trafford Centre - its largest inside event since 2019 - and as well as giving away goodie bags and freebies it will be encouraging diversity while also raising breast cancer awareness.
Volunteers wearing giant boob costumes are set to turn heads and visitors can walk away with a host of skin treatments, discounts, goodie bags and prizes, at the event from April 29 to May 1. A powerful performance, choreographed by Creative Director Paul Swaby, will showcase a host of diverse talent named 'The Beauty Tribe' will take place around the centre’s Main Dome between 12 and 5pm daily at the event. The performance is aimed at encouraging self acceptance and inspiring visitors to feel confident and comfortable in "their own unique, beautiful skin."

National breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel! will also be in the centre on Saturday, April 30 to help raise breast cancer awareness with their team of volunteers called the Boobettes. The team will be delivering handouts and stickers while dressed in giant boob costumes.
To celebrate the lead-up to religious holiday Eid, the centre will come alive with festivities from 6pm-10pm on Friday, 29 and 6pm-9pm Saturday April, 30. There will be with harp music floating through the malls, henna art workshops and a performance that combines traditional instruments, music, costume and dance from the SonAash Sisters and award winning DnS Dholis.
A range of demonstrations, workshops, one to one consultations and product offerings supported by beauty giants Selfridges and John Lewis will also take place in a new temporary beauty studio
