More than a year after Sophie Habboo and Jamie Laing announced the exciting news of their engagement back in December 2021, the countdown to the Made In Chelsea couple’s wedding is well and truly on. In fact, with their lavish wedding set to take place in May 2023, bride-to-be Sophie has been busy getting things ready for her big day and has recently celebrated her hen do with a selection of her closest friends.
Reuniting with her MIC co-stars Olivia Bentley, Verity Bowdtich, Ruby Adler, Emily Blackwell and Melissa Tattam, the 29 year old enjoyed an intimate hen do in the capital earlier this week. In a clip uploaded to the Instagram account belonging to her podcast Wednesdays We Drink Wine, the TV personality gave fans a glimpse of the glamorous occasion.
Surrounded by her close pals, Sophie could be seen enjoying a champagne fuelled meal at Stanley’s and The Phene in Chelsea before moving on to play some raunchy games including a round of guess the bottom. Meanwhile, the party were treated to a goodie bag provided by Gigi and Olive which included baby pink hair scrunchies, eye masks, a personalised fan and a packet of Candy Kitten sweets - which just so happens to be the creation of Sophie’s beau Jamie.
For the milestone occasion, Sophie looked stunning as she opted for a white long sleeved mini dress which she paired with a heart print bridal veil. Sharing a series of snaps from the day to her own Instagram account, Sophie’s podcast co-host Melissa gushed over the bride-to-be and paid tribute to her friend.
“My best friends getting married [emojis] (last post got taken down [emojis]),” she wrote. In response, Sophie commented: “Love you so much” before fans of the pair offered their own messages of congratulations
