This weekend marks the end of Afternoon Tea week 2021 — and to celebrate the ever-popular British masterpiece, the Manchester Evening News visited Mancunian culinary royalty.
Slattery’s cakes and tea rooms, on Bury New Road in Whitefield, has been charming customers with its afternoon teas for decades, setting up shop back in 1967.
