Police are trying to identify a seriously injured woman after she was discovered by a member of the public in Edinburgh.Yesterday evening around 5.30pm the woman was found lying on a pavement of Laverockbank Road.Her injuries were so bad that the emergency services were called and she was rushed to hospital.Her condition has been described as serious and police are now trying to identify her and investigate how she sustained her injurues.Detective Inspector Jon Pleasance, Edinburgh CID said: “We
