Brave youngster Ella Chadwick received the coveted golden buzzer on Britain's Got Talent from David Walliams after performing with the signing choir Sign Along With Us - and she and show boss Simon Cowell go way back.
The inspirational 12-year-old was honoured by Simon at the Pride Of Britain Awards in 2018.

After the performance, Alesha spoke with fellow judges Amanda Holden and David Walliams and revealed she feels all nurses are “walking angels”.
