Imelda May has admitted she can ‘exhaust’ herself as she discussed her mental health, praising how much counselling has helped her.
The popular singer has openly shared her experiences several times in the past. But now that she has discovered the benefits of counselling, she believes she can spot when a person may need to seek help.
The musician told Kate Thornton on the White Wine Question Time podcast that she has found counselling to be ‘amazing’.
