Idina Menzel is commemorating the ten-year anniversary of the viral John Travolta at the Oscars.
Travolta had the honor of presenting Menzel onto the stage but had a hard time reading the teleprompter and instead introduced Adele Dazeem to the stage.
Menzel took to TikTok to celebrate the birth of Dazeem after ten years since the Academy Awards blunder.
“Hey, Adele Dazeem, it’s Idina Menzel. I just want to say happy birthday,” the Broadway star said in the video. “I’m sending you so much love and positive energy, I hope you have the best, best day.”
Menzel then sang “Happy Birthday” to honor Dazeem and signed off, saying, “Have a great one. Lots of love. Bye!”

At the 2014 Oscars ceremony, Travolta was tasked to present Menzel, who would take the stage to perform “Let It Go,” one of the songs from Frozen.
“There will always be a special place in my heart for the movie musical and for the songs that create their most memorable moments,” Travolta said during the intro. “Here to perform the Oscar-nominated, gorgeously empowering song ‘Let It Go,’ from the Oscar-winning animated movie Frozen, please welcome the wickedly talented, one and only Adele Dazeem.”
Following the moment going viral on social media, Menzel and Travolta were invited to present together at the 2015 ceremony.
