IAB Moves Forward With Virtual NewFronts

NEW YORK -- The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers is going virtual with its annual awards shows this summer because of the coronavirus pandemic.

After her emergency petition was denied earlier this month, Mary-Kate Olsen has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband Olivier Sarkozy again. To help stop the spread of Covid-19, New York courts had been closed for all hearings that were not considered to be emergencies or immediately essential - but after eight weeks, they have now reopened.

The Live With Kelly & Ryan co-host, 49, took to Instagram to commemorate the occasion by sharing a throwback photo from Michael’s high school graduation four years prior.

Congratulations are in order for Michael Consuelos! Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos' 22-year-old son is about to graduate from New York University. The Live With Kelly and Ryan host celebrated the major milestone by posting a sweet throwback photo from his 2016 high school graduation on Instagram.

Last night, the nonprofit organization Robin Hood New York teamed up with iHeart Radio and held their virtual telethon to raise money to help those who have been affected by the coronavirus within the New York area. The telethon featured some big names including Mariah Carey, Jennifer Lopez, Spike Lee, Alicia Keys, Barbara Streisand, Robert De Niro, and many other A-list celebrities, who lent their voices and talent for the cause.

Tina Fey shed tears after announcing that more than $115 million was raised toward supporting New Yorkers impacted by COVID-19 during a virtual telethon. “Thank you, thank you,” said a tearful Fey, the host of the Rise Up New York! event Monday evening (May 11).

To mark Mother’s Day this weekend,  Angelina Jolie  wrote a personal op-ed for The New York Times where she opened up about losing her mom Marcheline Bertrand to ovarian cancer and her role as a mother to Knox, Vivienne, Pax, Shiloh, Maddox and Zahara with  Brad Pitt . “I lost my mother in my thirties,” the 44-year-old wrote.
