The film centers around four childhood pals who get a drunken voicemail from their former best friend on the eve of her wedding day — confessing that she thinks she’s making a mistake — and set out to stop her wedding and rekindle the bond they once shared.  Ashley Rodger will co-write the film and produce the picture alongside Reid, Sister’s Co-Founder and Global CEO Stacey Snider, Ilda Diffley, Joanna Korshak, Brad Mendlsohn, Cannon and Laverne McKinnon. Prosecutors in New York are seeking to take funds out of R Kelly’s prison inmate account to cover outstanding fines in relation to his conviction last year of running a criminal enterprise in order to abuse women and teenagers.Kelly was sentenced to 30 years in jail earlier this year following last year’s guilty verdict in the first of several criminal cases against the singer, who – of course – has been accused of sexual and physical abuse by numerous women, and some men.In addition to the jail term, Kelly was also ordered to $140,000 in fines.
