I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! star Danielle Harold has issued an apology to her family ahead of the ITV show’s launch on Sunday 19 November. Danielle, who played Lola Pearce EastEnders prior to her departure earlier this year, has explained what she’ll miss most as she heads into the jungle - causing her to apologise to her loved ones at home. In a video uploaded to the official I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Instagram page, each of this year’s campmates were asked a series of quickfire questions.
Among the questions posed to the contestants was: “What will you miss most when you’re in the jungle?,” causing many of the celebrities to say that they’d miss their friends and family. Danielle, however, gave a different answer and said: “Food, sorry fam”. While the hit ITV may be hours from hitting our screens, Danielle has already been pictured getting stuck into life in the I’m A Celeb jungle.
In pictures from the revamped Walk The Plank challenge, the soap star was joined by fellow campmates Sam Thompson, Grace Dent and Fred Sirieix as they attempted to make their way along a pole on the top of a building 100 metres high, whilst unfurling a flag. In the jungle, the foursome will also be joined by Jamie Lynn Spears, Nigel Farage, Nick Pickard, Josie Gibson, Nella Rose and Marvin Humes. Ahead of the 2023 launch, former campmate Jake Quickenden, who found fame on ITV's X Factor was runner up way back in 2014, has revealed what life will be like for this year’s 10 celebrities and revealed that they’ll have been kept in the dark about who else is competing on the show.
“I was in a hotel room for two weeks and had a chaperone next door. I wasn’t allowed to speak to anyone. It was very regimented, a bit like the SAS.
