Danny Miller sent a surprise romantic delivery to his fiancée Steph Jones over the weekend while he continues to compete on ITV's I'm A Celebrity.Taking to Instagram, Steph gave a glimpse at the sweet delivery, which included a personalised bottle of Prosecco and chocolates in a beautifully decorated box.The midwife, 30, who welcomed newborn son, Albert, with Danny in October, penned: "When he plans a surprise parcel @danny_b_miller," followed by crying emojis and a "so cute" GIF.
