TV star Sarah Cawood admitted she's terrified her cancer has come back in a heartbreaking social media video. The Girly Show star, 51, was diagnosed with stage one breast cancer in 2022 after a routine mammogram.
She underwent a lumpectomy followed by radiotherapy and long-term hormone treatment. In 2023, Sarah found another lump in her breast, posting on Instagram: "Once you've had cancer, you worry about it coming back all the time."
The mum-of-two is now worried the cancer has returned after undergoing a mammogram, as she shared an emotional clip of herself crying next to her 12-year-old son, reports the Mirror.

In her poignant post, Sarah said she is "happier than she has ever been" as she admits the "shadow" of cancer "never really leaves you".
She continued: "I'm sure it's nothing to worry about but here's the thing: I'm happier than I've ever been. My life is wonderful and I don't want it to end anytime soon, and this stupid f***ing thing that I had, it's always there, like a shadow on a sunny day, threatening to ruin this amazing
