What was originally a docuseries about the investigation of missing persons with interviews with New York real estate heir Robert Durst, quickly turned into a grisly confession of murder. Now, “The Jinx” is back — nine years later — with a six-episode sequel to the original Emmy-winning miniseries. If you want to catch up on the first season and watch its current season, “The Jinx: Part Two” is streaming now on Max.
The new season premieres on HBO and Max simultaneously on Sunday, April 21 at 10 p.m. ET/PT, and new episodes drop every Sunday until its series finale on May 26. While Max doesn’t offer a free trial, the streaming service starts as low as $9.99/month for the ad-supported plan.
To go ad-free, prices jump up to $15.99/month or $19.99/month for ad-free programming in 4K Ultra HD. Sign up to watch “The Jinx: Part Two” online, along with other TV shows, like “Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV,” “Hacks,” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm” and hit movies, like “Barbie,” “Iron Claw,” “The Zone of Interest,” “Wonka” and “Priscilla.” You also get live sports from pro leagues, like the NBA, NHL, MLB and MotoGP, as well as live news from CNN. From director Andrew Jarecki, “The Jinx: Part Two” follows the aftermath of season one, which aired nine years ago in 2015.
