The same goes for two big Cannes Film Festival international pics in The Zone of Interest and Anatomy of a Fall; both are wild cards for Best Picture berths along with possible slots in Actress and Directing among other categories.
Following Tuesday’s noms announcement, the Academy will conduct its final voting February 22-27. Winners will be announced at the 96th Oscars on Sunday, March 10 on ABC hosted by Jimmy Kimmel.
