If there's one thing quarantine has demanded of the music world, it's been creative ways for artists to reach their fans.Perhaps no one has gotten more inventive than Martin Garrix, who last week delivered a 70-minute set from the back of a moving boat while it cruised through the picturesque waterways of The Netherlands at dusk.The event was less a stunt than a full blown concert, with Garrix's boat being tailed by a number of other watercrafts.

The location for 2021's Eurovision Song Contest has been announced.In 2021, Eurovision will be held in Rotterdam, Netherlands, where 2020's competition was originally set to take place and where some of its remote live special, Eurovision: Europe Shine a Light, which honored the 41 selected delegates from the participating countries of 2020 in a non-competitive format, was filmed.This year's actual live contest, slated for May 12-16, 2020, was canceled amid the global coronavirus pandemic.

Over its many years, the Eurovision Song Contest has come to be a sign of the times. So it is perhaps fitting that, in coronavirus times, nothing will be happening on Saturday (May 16) at the scheduled venue of the Ahoy Hall in the Dutch port city of Rotterdam.
