Dozens of musicians, rappers and bands are set to entertain audiences on Manchester stages this October, with a jam-packed gig list from all genres and decades.
September saw a two-day stint from George Ezra at the AO Arena, as well as performances from Fleet Foxes, The Charlatans and Swedish House Mafia - but could Autumn have even more for our music-mad city?
Some of the biggest shows in Manchester this month include many of our homegrown artists returning to the city, such as Morrissey and Peter Hook at the O2 Apollo, Richard Ashcroft at the AO Arena and rapper Aitch at the O2 Victoria Warehouse.

Meanwhile, the Neighbourhood Festival will see The Snuts, Everything Everything and Sundara Karma play in the city centre near Oxford Road, on October 1. A map with specific venues is yet to be announced on the website, where fans can also find a range of support acts for the one-day extravaganza.
