Manchester United winger Antony was deemed fortunate not to have been sent off against Manchester City, thanks mostly to Jeremy Doku's reaction to the incident at Old Trafford.
The Brazilian winger started on the bench against the Blues and cut an unhappy figure in the dugout when Alejandro Garnacho was subbed on ahead of him in the 73rd minute. Eventually with five minutes remaining, Antony was brought on and almost immediately got caught up in an incident with City substitute Doku.
After kicking him, the pair squared up to one another with Antony knocking Doku's finger out of his face. Paul Tierney opted to book the 23-year-old was booked for the altercation but ex-Premier League official Dermot Gallagher claimed the forward can count himself lucky he was not dismissed.
