An argument in a hot tub at a holiday cottage led to a man from Leigh being handed a suspended jail term.
Samuel Fisher admitted assaulting his girlfriend during the incident near Tywyn, Gwynedd, Wales, in October 2018.
The 28-year-old, of Brentwood Grove, Leigh, was on a weekend break with his partner to celebrate his birthday, North Wales Live reports.
Caernarfon Crown Court heard the couple were relaxing in the hot tub when they began arguing over a photo on his mobile phone.
