‘Homecoming’ is an Amazon Prime Video show based on the ever-popular podcast of the same name. Season 1 starred Julia Roberts with Sam Esmail producing. The season ran its course and season 2 brings on a new producer and new star in Janelle Monáe, with some of the cast returning.
I’ll be honest, I haven’t seen the series, although I was interested in it since the first trailer and I like what Sam Esmail does (adding to my quarantine watch list now). With that being said, I can’t ruin anything

Amazon Prime Video is making it a little harder for you to decide what to watch next month by adding even more original shows and movies to its library. In May, Amazon will debut several new originals, including its new sci-fi series Upload, starring Robbie Amell, a four-part docuseries called The Last Narc, and Jimmy O. Yang's new comedy special. Amazon will also roll out the second season of Homecoming, which sees Janelle Monáe take the lead, in May.

YouTube is doubling down on entertaining you during COVID-19. Like so many networks and streaming platforms, production on YouTube's original content was halted when social distancing began. To make up for it, the company has now commissioned a whole star-studded slate of programming that will be shot remotely. This is YouTube, after all, a platform popularized by vloggers who make videos in their own homes all the time, so maybe it's not not all that surprising to see them pivoting to this.
