Home Bargains is asking shoppers to only touch items they want to buy in a strict new rule.
The bargain store is following in the footsteps of supermarkets such as Asda and Aldi by asking customers to be mindful about touching products.
Signs outside Home Bargains stores have been reported displaying instructions of the 'no touch' rule, Liverpool Echo reports.
Outlets are asking shoppers to take a common sense approach when touching items in store.
