If all goes as planned, policy-making in the nation's capital will become a sleepy affair when Joe Biden takes office as the 46th president of the United States on Jan. 20.

Lil Wayne and Kodak Black have been pardoned by President Donald Trump. The rappers were included in the final wave of pardons and commutations Trump granted on Tuesday, his last full day in office, according to multiplereports. Wayne pleaded guilty last month to illegally carrying a loaded handgun while traveling to Florida on a private plane in December 2019, according to CBS News.He was set to face up to 10 years in prison at a hearing in Miami on Jan.
