Standing alongside co-presenter Phillip Schofield, the mum-of-three has been looking radiant so far on the hit daytime show.
Holly Willoughby injured her back on Tuesday's episode of This Morning and as a result, the blonde beauty had to swap her usual high heels for a pair of flat sandals. The mum-of-three, who recently revealed a sweet nickname her children have for their grandmother, had a pair of nude heels on at the beginning of the show but was forced to swap them for some open toe sandals after a back injury.
