Holly Hagan has stunned her fans by showing off the results of her five-year body transformation after two Brazilian bum lifts and previously trying "every quick fix diet" in the book. In the first part of the video, Geordie Shore star Holly, 30, was seen posing in a Calvin Klein underwear set as she wrote: "After 2x BBL, tried every quick fix diet, no exercise and zero clue about energy balance/nutrition." She added: "But then I turned what I believed was my biggest weakness into my greatest strength. I am an expert in what NOT to do because I truly have tried it all! I am living proof they are a load of crap and do not work long-term.
