The Hills star Heidi Montag has filmed herself eating raw liver and praised the positive effects that the delicacy has on the body. The 35 year old took a huge bite into the raw dish and maintained eye contact throughout during the the clip, posted to the clip which has since been deleted.
Heidi, who is married to fellow Hills star Spencer Pratt, 38, addressed her 977,000 followers in the bizarre vide. The star said: “There are so many health benefits to eating liver, animal organs, raw liver." Describing her next nibble to the lens, she remarked at the state of the raw piece of meat and said, “so, see, I already had a huge bite here", before munching onto the side of raw liver.
