Many are now wondering how he and fiancee Shailene Woodley handle their political differences. Shailene is a big activist, having worked for causes like the Dakota Access Pipeline in Standing Rock, North Dakota, and staunchly supporting Bernie Sanders in his political runs for President.
Aaron, on the other hand, does not seem to support the current President and recently said, “When the president of the United States says, ‘This is a pandemic of the unvaccinated,’ it’s because him and his constituents, which, I don’t know how there are any if you watch any of his attempts at public speaking, but I guess he got 81 million votes.”

A source told People that Shailene and Aaron “agree to disagree” on such topics.
“They are not talking about their politics, and they never really have,” the source added. “They disagreed on a lot of things. Early on, they decided to agree to disagree about things and not debate them.”
“She is not someone whose mind you can change, so Aaron hasn’t even tried,” the insider continued.
They also said Aaron “admires Shailene‘s dedication to her career and to causes.”
