Here's how Prince William & Kate Middleton will celebrate Prince Louis' 2nd birthday amidst quarantine period

The Royal Family have stepped outside with the rest of the country to take part in the NHS Clap for Carers campaign tonight. Prince William, 37, Kate Middleton, 38, and their children Prince George, six, Princess Charlotte, four, and their younger brother Prince Louis, who turned two today, stepped outside their front door to applaud all the hard work doctors are doing to save lives amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Somewhere over the rainbow, Prince Louis is celebrating his second birthday!  In honor of yet another milestone in the royal tot's life, Kensington Palace released a series of portraits of Prince William and Kate Middleton's youngest child.  "Sharing a sneak peek of Prince Louis's handiwork ahead of his second birthday!" the palace shared on Instagram, noting that the photos were shot by none other than Louis' proud mama earlier this month.

Today's supply of joy comes courtesy of Kate Middleton, who took the most adorable photos of her youngest son, , in honor of his 2nd birthday.Prince Louis turns 2 years old on April 23, but Kensington Palace decided to share the pics Middleton took of him a day early. "Sharing a sneak peek of Prince Louis’s handiwork ahead of his second birthday," reads an Instagram post from the palace.

The Royal Family has had a hard few months, with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's exit from their royal duties and Prince Charles being tested positive for COVID-19. As for Prince William and Kate Middleton, the royal couple is currently stationed in their Sandringham country home, Anmer Hall, along with their three children - Prince George, 6, Princess Charlotte, 4 and Prince Louis, 23 months.

Khloe Kardashian, 35, made the most of her daughter, True Thompson‘s second birthday on April 12, but she’s already planning to have a big bash for her little one once the coronavirus pandemic has been contained. “Khloe would’ve loved to have done a big birthday for True, but she’s taking this social distancing extremely seriously so it wasn’t even a question for her about what to do,” a source shared EXCLUSIVELY with HollywoodLife.

How can it be two years since the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge introduced their youngest child? Prince Louis Arthur Charles Cambridge, who’s currently fifth in line to the throne, celebrates his second birthday on 23 April – St George’s Day. His family, including siblings Prince George, six, and Princess Charlotte, four, are self-isolating at Anmer Hall on the Sandringham Estate for the foreseeable future.

But this year, the royals are practicing social distancing as is recommended during the ongoing coronavirus crisis. Prince William and Kate are thought to be sequestered at Anmer Hall with their children, while Prince Charles and Camilla are staying put at their home, Birkhall, on the Balmoral estate in Scotland. The Sussexes, of course, are all the way in Los Angeles.
