Michael Schneider Variety Editor at Large Ken Marino credits his pal Adam Scott for making the unlikely and unexpected “Party Down” revival a reality. “Adam helped guide this and make this happen in a real way,” he tells Variety’s Awards Circuit podcast. “I think everybody in that cast recognized how special it was, and to just kind of go back and to get to do some more, to be with these people again, creatively, it’s a real gift.” The first two seasons of “Party Down” aired on Starz in 2009 and 2010; the revival takes place a decade after the show’s last episode and features the returns of Marino as Ron, the slightly clueless catering manager who now owns the business — well, running it out of his van — and Scott as Henry, the sardonic failed actor who’s now a teacher and working on the side with Party Down to help pay for his alimony.

 is returning to Bravo on July 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, the network announced on Monday, alongside a brief teaser marking the occasion. The show's upcoming 14th season features a brand new cast, as was previously revealed during a live taping of With Andy Cohen at BravoCon 2022 in October.«We were looking for a group of friends who were actually connected.

Yossman “The Real Housewives” franchise is returning to Sydney, Australia after a five-year hiatus, Variety can confirm. “The Real Housewives of Sydney” is set to return to Australian screens on local streaming service Binge. Matchbox Pictures, which is part of Universal International Studios, a division of Universal Studio Group, will again produce the 10-part project. The series first premiered in Australia in 2017 but lasted only one season. Variety understands the rebooted show is set to shoot across Sydney in the next few months with an entirely new cast.

FX and reps for Odenkirk declined to comment. “The Bear,” which will premiere its second season in June, stars Jeremy Allen White as Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto, an elite chef who returns home to run his family’s Chicago sandwich shop after his older brother dies by suicide. Ayo Edebiri, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Edwin Lee Gibson, Corey Hendrix, Matty Matheson, Richard Esteras and Jose M. Cervantes comprise “The Bear’s” chaotic kitchen staff, while Abby Elliott stars as Carmy’s sister, Natalie.
