Ms Heard's sister Whitney Henriquez is now giving evidence in support of Ms Heard's accusations that Mr Depp was violent towards her during their marriage.
Ms Henriquez lived in one of the apartments owned by Mr Depp where he and Ms Heard also lived.
Representing Mr Depp, Eleanor Laws asked Ms Henriquez about an incident on a staircase in March 2015 when Ms Heard hit Mr Depp.
