A teenager has been locked up for 18 months after he admitted slashing two restaurant workers in the face during a horrific city centre attack.
Shane Stevens, 18, admitted two counts of section 18 assault in relation to the incident at Akbar's on Liverpool Road off Deansgate last summer.
Manchester Magistrate's Youth Court was told the two members of staff were attacked 'with a bladed article'.
