"He could've killed someone": Driver 'did three-point turn on M60' before Trafford Centre arrest

A driver arrested in dramatic scenes outside the Trafford Centre today had performed a three-point turn on the M60, witnesses said.
Police and members of the public were caught on camera wrestling a man in orange high-vis trousers and grey shirt to the floor at the Bridgewater Circle roundabout.
Officers also used their Taser to restrain the man as stunned shoppers watched on.
