A driver arrested in dramatic scenes outside the Trafford Centre today had performed a three-point turn on the M60, witnesses said.
Police and members of the public were caught on camera wrestling a man in orange high-vis trousers and grey shirt to the floor at the Bridgewater Circle roundabout.
