The ACLU of Southern California on Wednesday filed suit against the city and county of Los Angeles and the city of San Bernadino over the curfews imposed in the areas in the aftermath of George Floyd’s death. The suit was filed on behalf of Black Lives Matter Los Angeles and four individual plaintiffs.

Los Angeles County and several cities in the area extended curfew orders on Wednesday night and into Thursday morning as protests are again scheduled in some areas of Southern California. Los Angeles pushed back its curfew time from the 6 p.m.

NEW YORK -- A woman who says Harvey Weinstein raped her when she was 17 is among four plaintiffs in a new lawsuit against the imprisoned movie mogul, the latest court action accusing him of decades of vile sexual behavior.

Harvey Weinstein has been accused of raping four more women, including a then 17-year-old, in a new lawsuit. According to The Hollywood Reporter, documents were filed in New York on Thursday, detailing claims from four women who allege the convicted sex offender sexually assaulted them between 1984 and 2013.
