Kate Beckinsale has disclosed a shocking incident involving Harvey Weinstein as the disgraced producer was sentenced to 23 years in prison for sexual assault Wednesday.

Weinstein was convicted on two counts last month: criminal sex act for the 2006 assault of a production assistant and rape in the third degree for the 2013 attack on another woman.

Harvey Weinstein wrote "Jen Aniston should be killed" in an email to his representative after he believed the actress had accused him of groping her, which was untrue, The New York Times reported. The email is part of newly surfaced court documents that include correspondences Weinstein made after he was accused of sexual misconduct by multiple women in October 2017.

Harvey Weinstein found himself landing in a soup when about 80 women hurled allegations of sexual molestation against him. It gave rise to the #MeToo Movement in Hollywood with cases against many influential and powerful men coming up. In 2017, Harvey was made to step down from his company. In February 2020, he was found guilty of two out of the five felonies. The movie mogul is now a convicted rapist, sentenced 25 years of imprisonment.

Harvey Weinstein is finally on his way to jail and his ex-wife, Georgina Chapman, has moved on from her divorce with the Hollywood producer. She is currently dating Oscar winner Adrien Brody. The two sparked romance rumours after her divorce in 2018, and now, reportedly, they are together. Harvey and Georgina exchanged vows in 2007 and the fashion designer filed for a divorce in 2017 in light of several sexual misconduct allegations leveled against him.

While Harvey Weinstein is headed to jail, his ex-wife Georgina Chapman is finding solace in the arms of Oscar-winner Adrien Brody. Rumors popped up last fall that Chapman, 43, and Brody, 46, were dating, and a source close to Chapman confirmed to Page Six they’re still together.
