Television star Harry Jowsey took to TikTok Friday with stunning news: he has skin cancer.
Jowsey told his followers a dermatologist found out he had a cancerous growth on his shoulder. He’s being treated and insists he’s fine, but encouraged others to put on more sunscreen.
He also said people need to go get their skin checked by a professional, admitting he had the growth on his shoulder for a year or two before seeing a dermatologist.
The 26-year-old Australian appeared on the popular Netflix show Too Hot to Handle in 2020. He launched an interactive show on Spotify, Dating Harry Jowsey, where each week he answered questions about dating, relationships and other topics. He also appeared on season 32 of Dancing with the Stars, finishing 6th.
In the comments section, friends talked about their own experiences. Ariana Grande was among them, and mentioned her own case of skin cancer.
