Stuart Whitman has died at the age of 92.
The actor, best known for starring opposite John Wayne in Westerns including 1961’s film The Comancheros, died at his home in Montecito, Calif. on Monday, a friend told TMZ.
They said Whitman was in and out of hospital recently due to skin cancer that seeped into his bloodstream, and he was surrounded by family at the time of his death.
