Grey’s Anatomy and Grace & Frankie suspended due to coronavirus concerns

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the U.K.’s largest arts festival and the launchpad for countless comedy and stage acts, will be shelved this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

She’s been praised for shining a light on mental health and being open about her own struggles with treatment resistant depression and generalised anxiety disorder, which saw her hospitalised for a month in 2011. And recently, Frankie Bridge received a shower of support from fans after suffering a panic attack for the first time in five years during a 100-mile trek for Sport Relief.

Grey's Anatomy's finale is coming a bit sooner than we thought.  Since production shut down a few weeks earlier than planned due to the coronavirus pandemic, the season finale will now air on April 9. It's titled "Put On a Happy Face," and it was originally supposed to be followed by four more episodes this season.  There are no plans to finish those final four episodes this season, so this will be the end of season 16.

Grey's Anatomy fans are getting a shortened season of the hospital drama amidst the coronavirus pandemic that shut down production on the ABC series in mid-March. TV Guide has learned that Episode 21, "Put on a Happy Face," which airs Thursday, April 9, will be the last for Season 16 of Grey's, as it was the last episode that was completely filmed before the production hiatus.

Georgia's March 24 presidential primaries will be postponed until May because of fears over the new coronavirus, state election officials announced Saturday, a day after Louisiana also pushed back its primaries.
