The Killers have announced their best-of compilation album ‘Rebel Diamonds’.The forthcoming album will take from their 20-year career, including classics such as ‘Mr Brightside‘, ‘When You Were Young’ and ‘Human’ to more recent standalone hits such as ‘Boy‘ and ‘Your Side Of Town‘. Green Day’s band name appears in a pink logo above the picture, with the album title featured below it.As BBC News reports, the photo in question was shot during a 1978 riot on the Falls Road in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Green Day have announced news of a US stadium tour with Smashing Pumpkins and Rancid, set for 2024.The pop-punk trio – comprised of Billie Joe Armstrong, Tre Cool and Mike Dirnt – announced the news last night (October 19), as they played an intimate live show in Las Vegas.Taking place in the 1,000-capacity Fremont Country Club, the gig was held as a warm-up for their headline sets at this weekend’s When We Were Young festival, and saw the members announce plans to hit the road in 2024.According to the band, the tour will take place next summer and see them join forces with Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid and The Linda Lindas. Currently, no exact dates have been announced and it is not clear when tickets will be available.A fan who attended the show last night also shared a promotional flyer for the upcoming tour dates, which teases that the tour is set to make its way over to the UK and Europe at a later date.

U2 are set to extend their residency at the new Sphere venue in Las Vegas, according to reports.Held at the newly launched venue in Nevada, the Irish rock veterans became the first artist to perform at the Sphere and are currently underway with their residency which sees them perform some ‘Achtung Baby’ deep cuts for the first time in 30 years along with other classic hits.The live shows – titled ‘U2:UV Achtung Baby Live At Sphere’ – kicked off on September 29, and was scheduled to run until December 16. However, according to new reports, it seems that the band are set to be adding more dates to the residency.The speculation arose after outlets like The New York Post claimed that U2 are set to add a total of 12 more dates to the list while organisers continue to seek out other acts to take on the headline spot at the $2.3billion venue.It is not yet clear whether these 12 extra dates have been locked in or not, however, with Bono and co.
