Gossip Girl’s sequel series trailer OUT; Kristen Bell returns as narrator & mysterious blogger for the reboot

Paramount+ and Showtime won an auction for North American rights to Queenpins, the STXfilms comedy that stars Kristen Bell, Kirby Howell Baptiste, Paul Walter Hauser, Vince Vaughn, Dayo Okeniyi, Joel McHale, Nick Cassavetes, Jack McBrayer and Annie Mumolo. With streamers like Hulu in on the bidding, Paramount+ and Showtime won with a deal north of $20 million. That is a healthy profit over the budget.

Kristen Bell’s daughter isn’t afraid to share how she feels. According to a recent Instagram post from the Hollywood actress, her 6-year-old daughter, Delta Bell Shepard, reportedly leaves "threatening notes" around the home.

If you haven't heard already, Kristen Bell went back to the booth to voice our favorite anonymous troublemaker, Gossip Girl, and she's pretty excited about it. «It's such a fun show to watch… I'm really excited,» Bell told ET back in November 2019, soon after HBO Max announced that she was reprising her voiceover role for the reboot. Bell explained that the narrator is really «the catty version» of her voice, to complement the nature of the show, and she couldn't wait to get back into it.

The trailer of Gossip Girl reboot was released recently and it has already got everyone talking about it. If the original series that aired on CW seemed scandalous, the reboot version that will be premiering on HBO Max seems much more risque.
