‘Good Burger 2’ Sets November Premiere Date at Paramount+

EXCLUSIVE: Chip & Joanna Gaines’ Magnolia Network today unveiled its slate of cable and streaming premieres for the month of October, including Season 4 of Ranch to Table, Season 2 of In the Kitchen with Abner and Amanda, Season 2 of Makeover by Monday and Season 9 of Maine Cabin Masters on Magnolia Network. Also coming in October are the streaming premieres of new seasons of First Time Fixer and Beach Cottage Chronicles,  Diary of an Old Home and Bargain Mansions on Max and discovery+.

True Detective fans, let the countdown begin! The newest version of the beloved franchise, True Detective: Night Country, will premiere Jan. 14, Max announced on Wednesday.

HBO has set Jan. 14 as premiere date for True Detective: Night County, starring Jodie Foster and Kali Reis. The network also has released a new trailer for the six-episode series, which will be available to stream on Max. Issa López serves as showrunner, writer, and director of all episodes. 

Joe Otterson TV Reporter HBO has set the premiere date for the Season 4 of “True Detective.” Officially dubbed “True Detective: Night Country,” the six-episode season will launch on Jan. 14 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on HBO and Max.

Saturday Night Live should be coming back soon.

The new revival of The Wiz will begin Broadway previews on March 29, 2024, at the Marquis Theatre, with an opening night set for Wednesday, April 17.

Marta Balaga “Death Is a Problem for the Living,” now also in Italy. The Finnish black comedy, directed by Teemu Nikki of “Euthanizer” fame, will premiere at the Rome Film Festival in October. “I am so proud of everything we have made together, especially ‘Euthanizer’ and [Venice Horizons Extra winner] ‘The Blind Man Who Did Not Want to See Titanic,’ but this one is certainly the most consistent.

K.J. Yossman Netflix have released a trailer for their upcoming reality show based on “Squid Game.” The streamer also confirmed the show is set to drop on Nov. 22.

EXCLUSIVE: The Roku Channel has set an Oct. 13 streaming premiere date in U.S. and Mexico for the new Greice Santo created music reality series Serenata de las Estrellas.

EXCLUSIVE: Three-time Emmy winner Bradley Whitford (The Handmaid’s Tale) has lended his voice to Mina & Lucy’s Guide to Slaying Dracula, a 20-episode serialized podcast from Gen-Z Media, producer of audio programming for tweens, teens and families. Whitford stars as the legendary vampire hunter, Professor Van Helsing, in the series, which launches Sept. 21 across all podcast platforms, with additional episodes releasing in the lead-up to Halloween.

BreAnna Bell MGM+ has picked up Zak Penn’s “Beacon 23” after the series’ fate was left to speculation last year due to the shutdown of Spectrum Originals in 2022. The sci-fi series is scheduled to premiere globally on Nov. 12 on the streamer.

Gary Oldman and the Slow Horses gang return with the first two episodes of Season 3 on December 1 with new episodes to be released individually each Friday through December 29 via Apple.

Paramount+ announced on Tuesday that its new Louis Tomlinson doc All of Those Voices will premiere exclusively on the service in the U.S. and Canada on October 4th, coming to the UK, Australia, Latin America, Brazil, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and South Korea on October 5th.

Paramount+ has set a Thanksgiving week release for Good Burger 2, the comedy sequel starring Kenan Thompson and Kel Mitchell. Good Burger 2 will premiere Wednesday, November 22, exclusively on Paramount+ in the U.S and Canada, on Thursday, November 23, 2023 on Paramount+ in the UK and Australia. The film will also be available in additional Paramount+ international markets shortly after.

Paramount+ has announced its plans for New York Comic Con, with a programming lineup that features never-before-seen content, first-look reveals, an immersive themed booth experience and special advance screenings from properties including Star Trek: Lower Decks, Evil and Good Burger 2.

Michaela Zee Frasier is back! Paramount+ has released the official trailer for the “Frasier” revival, starring Kelsey Grammer as the titular psychiatrist once again. Per the official description, “the new series follows Frasier Crane (Grammer) in the next chapter of his life as he returns to Boston with new challenges to face, new relationships to forge and an old dream or two to finally fulfill. Frasier has re-entered the building!” In addition to Grammer, the cast includes Jack Cutmore-Scott as Frasier’s son Freddy; Nicholas Lyndhurst as Frasier’s old college buddy turned university professor Alan; Toks Olagundoye as Olivia, Alan’s colleague and head of the university’s psychology department; Jess Salgueiro as Freddy’s roommate Eve; and Anders Keith as Frasier’s nephew David.

Selome Hailu BET+ has set premiere dates for its fall slate of films and new and returning TV series. First on the list is “Love & Murder: Atlanta Playboy,” a film series starring Taye Diggs. Part 1 debuts on Sept.

Sophia Scorziello editor Apple TV+’s “Monarch: Legacy of Monsters” has released its first teaser trailer. Apple has also set the premiere date, with the series now set to debut on Nov. 17.
