Mum-to-be Chloe Madeley showed off her growing baby bump while working out over the weekend. Posting a gym selfie to Instagram, the 34 year old fitness fanatic - who is expecting her first child with husband James Haskell - joked that she had been: “Imposing myself on gym floors since 2013.” And though keeping active during pregnancy is an important part of staying fit and healthy, it can be a difficult and challenging time, leading many pregnant people to become unsure about what they can and can’t do.
So as Chloe continues to hit up the gym, just how much exercise is okay and what workouts should people do while pregnant? Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?
